ABOUT AAD GUREY: This mantra is often used after the Adi Mantra when tuning in for our practice, but it can be used alone and is great for protection.
Chanting mantra is not the same as singing. It doesn't matter if you have a good voice, or are in tune. It is about the vibrations you create through your body. We are 70% water. Imagine a glass of water next to some speakers playing music - this is what happens inside of you when you chant. A gentle vibrational massage that affects us subtly but profoundly.
